Um einen weltweit zeitnahen Release zu ermöglichen, wurde das Action-Rollenspiel "Kingdom Hearts 3" auf den Januar 2019 verschoben.
Die Verschiebung von "Kingdom Hearts 3" hatte mehrere Gründe, die nicht nur mit dem Entwicklungsstand zusammenhingen und der Director Tetsuya Nomura hat einen weiteren Punkt genannt: Da "Kingdom Hearts 3" hierzulande am 29. Januar 2019 für die Xbox One sowie die PlayStation 4 erscheinen wird, ist ein weltweit zeitnaher Release möglich. Im Herbst 2018 wäre das offenbar nicht denkbar gewesen.
