Die Evolution Studios werden in der nächsten Wochen das Update 1.15 für "DriveClub" veröffentlichen. Der Spielerrang wird dabei auf Level 55 angehoben und gleichzeitig werden neue Belohnungen für das Freischalten versprochen. Weiterhin werden neue Menübilder hinzugefügt, genau so wie die Möglichkeit, das HUD während des Rennens an- und auszuschalten. Ansonsten werden die Performance und Stabilität verbessert.
Details zum Update 1.15:
- New Driver Levels: You can now reach Level 55 and each new level has a reward.
- New menu images to show off some of the best #PS4share pictures created by DRIVECLUB players.
- A new option to toggle the entire On-Screen Display on and off while you race, without pausing.
- Statistics have been added for all cars from Expansion Packs and free downloads.
- Includes general improvements for game performance, stability and usability.
Darüber hinaus wird am 26. Mai 2015 der kostenlose DS Survolt erscheinen. Für das "Lamborghini Icons Expansion Pack" muss man jedoch zahlen. Es enthält folgende Wagen: Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, Lamborghini Reventón, Lamborghini Murciélago LP 670-4 Super Veloce und Lamborghini Diablo Super Veloce. Das "Icons Tour Pack" bietet 11 neue Events und fünf Trophäen, was auch für das "Torque Tour Pack" gilt.

Für die Zeit nach dem Update 1.15 werden weitere Server-Upgrades, neue Driver-Level, private Lobbies und mehr Inhalte versprochen. Die "PS Plus Edition" von "DriveClub" soll ebenfalls noch erscheinen.

- Private lobbies: Development of Private Lobbies for Multiplayer is ongoing alongside development of server improvements.
