Eine derzeit in Arbeit befindliche Fan-Mod wird "Half-Life Alyx" eine zirka vier bis fünf Stunden dauernde Kampagne hinzufügen. Unter dem Titel "From Here to There" bekommst du die Aufgabe, die Fiji-Inseln zu erreichen und dem Einflussgebiet des "Combines" zu entkommen. Die Umgebung wurde in 8k-Auflösung zusammengestellt und ist vollgepackt mit Details und Easter Eggs. Die Charaktere sind voll vertont und es gibt gescriptete Sequenzen.
