Nicalis und Studio Saizensen haben "Code of Princess EX" für die Switch angekündigt. Es wird in Nordamerika im Sommer 2018 erscheinen, auch als Retail-Version. Für Europa fehlt noch die Bestätigung. "Code of Princess EX" ist ein Remake des klassischen 3DS-Actionspiels mit Rollenspiel-Elementen. Diese neue EX-Version bietet eine höhere Auflösung, eine lokale Zwei-Spieler-Koop-Option für den gesamten Kampagnen-Modus und zahlreiche weitere Gameplay-Erweiterungen, darunter eine verbesserte KI, aktualisierte Balance, ein neues Charakter-Level-Up-System und eine insgesamt bessere Spielbarkeit.
