Wer eine 3D-Brille hat, darf sich freuen, denn der neue PC-Patch für "Rise of the Tomb Raider" führt stereoskopisches 3D ein.

Nixxes Software hat den mittlerweile vierten PC-Patch (ca. 625 MB) für "Rise of the Tomb Raider" veröffentlicht. Er liefert wie üblich verschiedene Optimierungen und Bugfixes. Besonders interessant ist jedoch die Tatsache, dass nach der Installation stereoskopisches 3D unterstützt wird. Ihr könnt euch also eine 3D-Brille auf die Nase setzen. Der Download startet automatisch über Steam. Die Version für den Windows Store ist noch nicht live.

  • Stereoscopic 3D rendering support added.
  • Supports explicit side-by-side rendering for 3D TVs.
  • Supports NVIDIA 3DVision or AMD HD3D (On Steam version).
  • Supports Windows DXGI 1.2 Stereo 3D (On Windows Store version).
  • Addressed some problems when the display DPI was not set to 100%, including not being able to select all resolutions.
  • Added some logic to retroactively grant achievements in cases where Steam failed to grant them shortly after release.
  • A variety of other smaller optimizations, bug-fixes, and tweaks.
